May 24, 2008 TABA Horse Show

       A note from our President:

       Hello ABRA Members & Horse Owners,

       We hope you will make it to our May 24th show in Austin..click here for the show bill.  Some of you joined our charter last year and showed in Belton and some of you have shown in San Marcos.  This show is put on by the Texas charter, TABA, which was formed last year.  I encourage all ABRA horses and members to participate so we can increase our membership and have a solid charter group to plan for more activities in the future. ABRA only requires 2 horses in a class to earn 1 point for national records. Let's show the national office that Texas has buckskin pride!  During the show we can get a count of people planning to travel to Tulsa this year and make plans to stall together and perhaps decorate with some Texas theme. 

        You can find all the classes offered in the open show at www.CopelandStables.com.  Click on the horse show link in the top menu  There will be some classes for everyone at this show. 

       Be sure you have the ABRA papers and Amateur or Youth Membership card with you for the ABRA classes.  The entry fee will be reduced if you pre-register with me by email.  You do not need to pre-pay.
